How quickly can you quote?+
Most quotes are written within 48 hours of the on-site visit. Urgent jobs — same day. us does every quote personally, no estimators.
Do you handle the permits?+
Yes. Council crossover applications, traffic management plans and inspection bookings are all part of the service for pathway and crossover work.
What areas do you service?+
Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Our base is Clontarf — most jobs are within an hour. Outside that radius, just ask.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — QBCC 15463255 and $20m public liability. ABN 64 095 780 712. Documentation provided on request.
What about wet weather?+
Pours are weather-dependent. We watch the radar daily in the week leading up and call you with a final pour date 24 hours out. No surprises.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Six-year structural guarantee on our work, on top of the standard manufacturer warranties on materials. We're still answering calls on jobs from 2019.
Cash, card or invoice?+
Invoice with bank transfer, paid on completion for residential. Commercial: 30-day terms with PO. No deposits required for jobs under $10k.
